Energy Work

I offer distance Reiki and Shamanic energy medicine sessions. This means that you will receive the energy and communicate with me in the comfort of your own home. This energy (e.g., chi, qi, life force) can be given to anyone anywhere in the world because it is nonlocal, existing everywhere at all times, and infinite. Sessions can be done on adults, children, animals, and situations.

Full Reiki session

Includes: – 10 min consultation – 60 min Reiki session – Written energetic report – Post-session feedback and questions.

Shamanic Reiki session

Includes: – Skype, phone, or email consultation – 60 min Shamanic energy healing session – Written energetic report following the session – Optional post-session questions and brief follow-up.

Animal Reiki session

Includes: – Skype, phone, or email consultation about the animal – 45 min Reiki session – Written energetic report following the session – Optional post-session questions and brief follow-up

TYPE OF SESSIONS:

Reiki (Usui Holy Fire, Ryujin)
An energy healing and relaxation technique originating in Japan.

  • Increases and balances the life force energy within and around your body
  • Aligns and balances your energy centers or chakras
  • Repairs any holes or congestion in your energy field
  • Sessions can be for humans or nonhuman animals

Shamanic Energy Medicine
A deeper healing experience than Reiki, as it incorporates tools and practices to alter consciousness. This session is often used to release trauma and catalyze personal metamorphosis.

  • Removes blocks in your energy field that affect your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being
  • Reconnects you with your guides, power animal, and other helpers
  • Retrieves aspects of your essence/spirit that were fragmented through trauma

Energy Medicine Traditions

Every energy worker is unique in their approach, and I work with techniques from a few different traditions but primarily Reiki and Shamanic practices from European (Norse), North American, and Tibetan lineages.
These practices work across distance through our nonlocal interconnection, which is achieved through embodying universal love, the force that binds us together. The compass is always pointed toward your highest well-being.
