Energy Work

Natalie offers in person and distance Reiki and Shamanic Reiki sessions. In person sessions are offered in Hampton, New Brunswick at 33 Railway Crescent Suite 3.

If you book a distance session you will receive the session in the comfort of your own home either via Zoom or phone or email, whichever you prefer. Sessions can be done on adults, children, animals, and even situations.

TYPE OF SESSIONS:

Reiki (Usui, Holy Fire, Ryujin) – $125/hour
An energy healing and relaxation technique originating in Japan.

• Increases and balances the life force energy within and around your body
• Aligns and balances your energy centers/Ki centers/chakras
• Repairs any holes and removes congestion in your energy field
• Sessions can be for humans or animals

Shamanic Reiki – $125/hour
A deeper healing experience than Reiki, as it often incorporates tools and practices to directly address issues within the unconscious. This session is often used to gently release trauma or stored emotion in the body, and catalyze personal metamorphosis.

• Removes unwanted energies that affect your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being
• Reconnects you with your guides, power animals, past loved ones, ancestors, and other helpers
• Retrieves aspects of your essence/spirit that were fragmented through trauma
• Transforms shadows (unconscious) into the light (consciousness)

Every energy worker is unique in their approach, and I work with techniques from a few different traditions but primarily Reiki and shamanic practices from European (Norse, Celtic), North American, and Tibetan lineages.
These practices work across distance through our nonlocal interconnection, which is achieved through embodying universal love, the force that binds us together. The compass is always pointed toward your highest well-being.

Other Services

Spiritual counselling and support – $125/hour
For those in need of guidance and support from a spiritual, holistic perspective. This service integrates psychology, spirituality, and mind body medicine to give you tools and new perspectives to enhance your overall wellbeing through a deeper connection with your soul.

Meditation guidance and practice – $100/hour
Do you want to meditate but don’t know where to start? Or perhaps you’ve tried but feel like you could use some guidance and support. During this session, I will guide you on a simple meditation practice based on your specific needs. You will receive a recording of the meditation, enabling you to continue the practice.

Available in person and via Zoom.

Appointment Policies

Payment Policy
Payment is due in full at the time of booking your appointment. Upon scheduling, an invoice will be sent to you via email.

Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please honor this time by providing at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations made with 24 hours or more notice will receive a full refund. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments (no-shows) are subject to the full session fee, as the healing space has been reserved for you. To cancel or reschedule, simply reply to your booking confirmation email or reach out by email or phone.
